Photography, for me, is rooted in empathy, connection and the stories we carry within us. My Colombian heritage, life in Sydney and experiences around the world have shaped the way I see people and that perspective naturally flows into my work.

My camera feels like a bridge linking emotions, cultures and the shared threads of humanity.

When I’m photographing someone, my focus is always on creating a space where they can relax and simply be themselves. It’s never just about technique; it’s about capturing honesty, personality and the quiet moments that feel real. My own journey has taught me to value the beauty in our differences and I aim to reflect that in every image.

My work is a blend of where I come from, what I believe in and the many people who’ve influenced my life. I want my photographs to feel timeless and relatable to speak to emotions that go beyond words. Each frame is my way of honouring the moments that remind us we’re all connected in some way.

Ultimately, photography is how I celebrate the stories behind every expression and every glance. I hope my images inspire others to see the extraordinary in the everyday and the humanity in each person they encounter.
